Neyond was incorporated in 2004 and focuses on rendering business consulting and technology services and strategic outsourcing in accounting, financial, tax, human resources and business support processes. RECRUITMENT
Categories of personal data collected: For recruitment and selection processes Neyond collects the name, qualifications, employment history, language proficiency, phone contact, nationality and place of residence of job applicants.
Purpose of processing: data collected is processed in accordance with the purposes of analysing the adequacy of candidates; presentation of job opportunities; and admission of employees.
Basis: processing of data in the context of Neyond recruitment processes is based on the pre-contractual procedures and the communication of collected data in this context to the clients of Neyond, also for recruitment purposes, is based on the consent provided by the data subject for communication to third parties.
Processors: Data processing may be performed by a service provider, appointed by Neyond, as a processor. The service providers will process data exclusively for the purposes defined by Neyond and in compliance with the instructions issued by Neyond, strictly complying with the legal rules on personal data protection, information security and other applicable standards.
Recipients of personal data: Neyond only shares personal data collected in this context, when authorized by the data subject, with clients who may have available job opportunities or an interest in placing the candidates.
Transfers of personal data: Neyond handles all data processing within the European Economic Area and, as such, no transfers of personal data to a third country are foreseen.
Storage period: Personal data collected in connection with recruitment processes shall be kept for a period of 2 years, at the end of which they shall be deleted, unless their retention is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations or for the defense of Neyond in a court of law.
Obligation to provide the personal data: The provision of personal data under the terms set forth above is an indispensable condition for the participation in all Neyond recruitment processes. There is no obligation to consent in the communication of data provided to clients. Nonetheless, such consent is indispensable for such communication to take place.
MARKETING
Categories of personal data collected: For the distribution of relevant information regarding its activity, Neyond collects contact details, namely name and email.
Purpose of processing: Data collected is processed for the purpose of distributing relevant information related to the activity developed by Neyond, newsletters, satisfaction surveys, invitations to events and training actions.
Basis: The processing of personal data in this context is based on the consent provided by the data subject.
Processors: Data collected and processed for this purpose may be shared with a technological platform support service provider, appointed by Neyond, as a processor. The service providers will process data exclusively for the purposes defined by Neyond and in compliance with the instructions issued by Neyond, strictly complying with the legal rules on personal data protection, information security and other applicable standards.
Transfers of personal data: Neyond handles all data processing within the European Economic Area and, as such, no transfers of personal data to a third country are foreseen.
Storage period: Such personal data shall be kept until the data subject withdraws his consent. If this happens the personal data shall be deleted.
Obligation to provide the personal data: The provision of personal data by the respective data subject for this purpose is not a legal or contractual obligation, nonetheless it is a necessary prerequisite for receiving communications on the activity developed by Neyond.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
Categories of personal data collected: In the scope of provision of its client services, Neyond handles personal data of different categories, essential for the execution of the contracted services, namely data concerning demographics; relatives; contractual identifiers; image registration (photographs); government identifiers; contacts; financial positions and movements, and professional activity.
Purpose of processing: Such data is processed for the provision of business and technology consulting services and strategic outsourcing in accounting, finance, tax, human resources and business support processes.
Basis: This data processing is based on the performance of contracts entered between Neyond and its clients.
Processors: Personal data processed for this purpose may be shared with technological service providers or others appointed by Neyond. The service providers will process data exclusively for the purposes defined by Neyond and in compliance with the instructions issued by Neyond, strictly complying with the legal rules on personal data protection, information security and other applicable standards.
Transfers of personal data: Neyond handles all data processing within the European Economic Area and, as such, no transfers of personal data to a third country are foreseen.
Storage period: Personal data collected for this purpose shall be kept for a period of 2 years following the termination of the contractual relationship, at the end of which they shall be deleted, unless their retention is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations or for the defense of Neyond in a court of law.
Obligation to provide the personal data: The provision of personal data requested from clients is an indispensable requisite for the parties to enter a business relationship.
4. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may request access, rectification or erasure of their data, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw their consent to processing, where applicable, under the terms of law.
Data subjects have the right to submit a complaint before the Supervisory Authority in Portugal, the National Commission for Data Protection.
5. Amendments to the Privacy Notice
Neyond reserves the right to introduce adjustments or alterations to this privacy notice at any time. All amendments will be duly published on this website and communicated to the data subjects.
